About Me
Celebrating over 25 years in practice!
Amy C. Zampella is the owner of Heartline Massage Therapy, with over 25 years experience as a massage therapist. Originally trained in environmental science at Rutgers University, she spent 8 years in the environmental consulting business in New Jersey, specializing in hazardous waste investigations and remediation. She realized the dream of a career in health when she moved to New Mexico in 1997 to attend Crystal Mountain Institute.
Amy was awarded #3 massage therapist in the 2016 Albuquerque Journal Reader’s Choice Awards!
Amy’s practice focuses on swedish, neuromuscular therapy, orthopedic, deep tissue, and pregnancy massage. A typical session integrates several styles of bodywork, using the appropriate assessment and technique for the individual at that moment. Custom blended aromatherapy massage is available at no extra charge using 100% pure essential oils from local company Aromaland in Santa Fe, NM. Organic and natural massage oil and cream are used in the treatments. Amy has many years experience in treating personal injury (car accident) cases, and has worked closely with chiropractors in the community. She brings a tremendous amount of love and compassion to her work and is honored to be in this profession.
