To My Dear Clients,

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. We have been given the green light to re-open – I will start seeing clients on June 2nd, 2020.  I will be calling those of you that had appointments in March, April and May first. Then I will open up the Genbook calendar to the public.

I understand that some of you may not want to receive massage at this time. If you feel you are high-risk, it might not be appropriate to receive massage yet. (Please contact me if you have questions). But for those of you that are comfortable receiving massage, we are instituting the following procedural changes.

Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are part of establishing new normal habits and routines, as social distancing is still required. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health, well-being and safety and providing a quality therapeutic massage session.

Infection control is a top priority for my practice to keep clients and myself safe. We have had the office deep cleaned and disinfected by Green Sweep. Our office is following infection control recommendations made by the the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the office, retail, and salon/spa procedures outlined by the New Mexico Department of Public Health’s Covid Safe Practices. Therefore, you will see changes in our office procedures to maximize health, safety, and least contact including the following:

– I will communicate with you beforehand to ask screening questions and prep for visit, the day prior to your visit. There is a new intake form  intakeform_covid  You must complete this form, and sign prior to your session (I’ll have copies at the office also).

– You will need to wear a face mask to your appointment, and while face up during the massage therapy session.

– I will be wearing a face mask at all times as well.

On the day of your visit, you will remain in the car when you arrive to our parking lot and call our office at 505-255-2203. At this time and over the phone, we will agree that you are feeling well and able to receive a massage, and are ready to enter the office. I will remind you to wear a face mask or covering. I will have a limited number of face masks available at the office (if you forget yours) that will be laundered for each client.

Once you arrive to our office, outside our suite door, I will ask you to wash your hands and then come directly to my treatment room. We ask that you not spend time in the waiting area to avoid contact with other people. Upon checkout please use contactless payment with ApplePay if you are able. We can book your next appointment if you wish at that time.

Please click here for sanitation protocols that will be used at our office. We have outlined sanitation in the treatment room between clients and in the common areas (bathrooms, front office, and other contact surfaces). We will also have hand santizer available in every room.

I look forward to seeing you again and am happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every client safe.

Thank you for being a client of Heartline Massage Therapy. I value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you back to the office.

Sincerely,

Amy
